JUDGMENT:

(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul) Sri K.Ramachandra, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri G.V.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent No.4 and Sri Krishna Maragani, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant/respondent No.5 submits that the appellant/respondent No.5 has not been heard by learned Single Judge in WP.No.68 of 2025, whereas, he is a necessary party and ought to have been heard.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of, by reserving liberty to file review before the learned Writ Court. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
