JUDGMENT:
This appeal has been filed by the National Insurance Company Limited, Karimnagar and National Insurance Company Limited, Warangal/respondent Nos.2 and 3 aggrieved by the order and decree dated 29.10.2007 in O.P.No.1039 of 2006 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Warangal, (hereinafter 'the Tribunal').
2. Heard. Perused the materials on record.
3. On 14.12.2024, the appellants had withdrawn the contention in the Appeal before Lok Adalat. In effect, the impugned decree order stands confirmed.
4. In view of the development, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 14.12.2024.
5. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Award dated 14.12.2024 to this judgment. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
