O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the docket order dated 03.06.2022 in D.V.C.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class Mobile (PCR) at Adilabad.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, submits that D.V.C.No.12 of 2017 is allowed in part, vide judgment dated 13.01.2023 on the file of the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (PCR)-cum-I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Adilabad, upon due contest and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2
