JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant - Insurance Company aggrieved by the order dated 31.10.2018 passed in E.C.No.261 of 2017 by the learned Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labor-IV, T.Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavan, Hyderabad.
2. The matter was referred to Lok Adalat pursuant to the letter dated 18.09.2024 addressed by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. An award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 28.09.2024 and as per the said award, the learned counsel for the appellant agreed to withdraw the appeal.
3. Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 28.09.2024 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
