Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be
pleased to issue any appropriate Writ Order or direction more in the nature of
Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the Judgment passed by the
Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad in CTA No. 117 of 2011 dated 15-9-2014
allowing the appeal by setting aside the award passed by the Respondent No.2
in ARC No.10 of 2006 dated 27-12-2007 and quash the same as illegal,
unjustified and contrary to the evidence on record and also contrary to the
provisions of AP Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and the Rules made there
under.

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to
suspend the Judgment passed by the Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad in
CTA No. 117 of 2011 dated 15-9-2014, pending disposal of WP No.29459 of
2014 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Ravi Kiran Rao,
Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Asst. G.P. for Co-operation
(Telangana) for Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 14, the Court made the following
ORDER:
Rule nisi. Call for the records.
Notice returnable in three (03) weeks.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation seeks time for filing counter.
Post after four (04) weeks.
Meanwhile, status quo shall be maintained by both parties.
