Learned counsel for the appellant submits that they have sent notice to the respondent/accused and the same was returned unserved and they could not trace the whereabouts of the respondent/accused. Learned counsel further submits that they are not in a position to ascertain the whereabouts of the respondent/accused since no notice was served on the accused.
