JUDGMENT:
(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel for the respondents informed this Court that the dispute between the parties has been settled and they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding, dated 15.02.2024 before the High Court Legal Services Committee and a copy of the same is placed before this Court.
2. In view of the same, recording the settlement in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 15.02.2024, this C.M.A. is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
