These appeals coming on for hearing upon perusing the Appeals and
memo of grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 02-12-
1994, 26-04-1995, 28-11-1995, 18-08-2001, 25-2-2004 & 5-10-2004 and
made herein and upon hearing the arguments of the above mentioned
counsel, the court made the following
ORDER:
Heard the leaned Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the appellants, and Sri S. Balchand, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the difficulty expressed by the Commissioner, appointed by this Court, through a letter, dated 23-11-2004, I feel it expedient to grant some more time to execute the warrant.
Hence, the Commissioner is directed to execute the Warrant, issued by this Court, as expeditiously as possible, in any event on or before 31-01-2005 and file repot by 31-01-2005.
