ORDER:
Heard Smt. Jyothieswar Gogineni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
"...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in disconnecting the power supply to the petitioner service connection No. MDK 921 and not adjusting half of two months Security Deposit and Additional Consumption Security Deposit is highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the orders in W.P.No.39236 of 2015 and consequently direct the respondents to refund half of the security deposit by way of adjustment in the future consumption bills and to pass such other or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

3. It is represented by Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 19.05.2016 passed in W.A. Nos.968 of 2015 and batch and hence the present writ petition could be disposed of in similar lines.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said submission made by Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 19.05.2016 passed in W.A.Nos.968 of 2015 and batch.
5. The relevant paragraph of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 19.05.2016 passed in W.A.Nos.968 of 2015 and batch is extracted hereunder:
"At this Stage, in view of the prayer for interim protection, Mr. J. Ramchander Rao, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Telangana and Mr. Krishna Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that they shall follow the due procedure and SN, J 3 WP_6571_2016 they shall not take any coercive action against the petitioners for a period of six weeks.
Their statement is recorded and accepted."

6. Taking into consideration the order of this Court dated 19.05.2016 passed in W.A. Nos.968 of 2015 and batch, the respondents are directed to follow the due procedure and the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. However there shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
