(Per Hon'ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya) A Communication from the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee dated 11.07.2024 is placed before us. The Communication records that the present F.C.A. may be disposed of as infructuous since the respondent-husband passed away during pendency of the appeal.
2. F.C.A.No.55 of 2017 along with all connected applications is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
