JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant - Insurance Company aggrieved by the award and decree dated 04.07.2005 passed in O.P.No.645 of 2002 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (for short "MACT") - cum - V Additional District Judge (Fast Tract Court), Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar.
2. The matter was referred to Lok Adalat pursuant to the letter dated 29.12.2023 addressed by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. An award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 30.12.2023 and as per the said award, the learned counsel for the appellant agreed to withdraw the appeal.
3. Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 30.12.2023 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
