JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant - Insurance Company aggrieved by the award and decree dated 07.07.2005 passed in O.P.No.1067 of 2002 by the Chairperson, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum IV Additional District Judge, (II FTC), Nalgonda.
2. On 01.12.2023, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat pursuant to the letter dated 09.11.2023 addressed by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. An award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 30.12.2023 and as per the said award, the learned counsel for the appellant agreed to withdraw the appeal.
3. Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 30.12.2023 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
