When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant reported that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalath, High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and an award was passed on 30.12.2023, recording the terms of compromise. The original award dated 30.12.2023 is filed before this Court and the same is taken on record.
2. In view of the award dated 30.12.2023 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabd, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the award dated 30.12.2023.
