JUDGMENT:
(Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe) Mr. M. Govind Reddy, learned counsel represents Mr. M.P.K. Aditya, learned counsel for the appellant.
Mr. Y. Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 43.
Mr. J. Vamsi Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education for respondent Nos.44 to 48.
2. This intra court appeal has been filed against an ad interim order 26.12.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge by which the appellant has been directed to issue transfer certificates to the children of respondent Nos.1 to 43/ writ petitioners within a period of ten days.
3. In view of the fact that the appellant had not entered appearance before the learned Single Judge and was not heard while the impugned order dated 26.12.2023 was passed, we are ::2::
inclined to permit the appellant to move an application seeking vacation of the ad interim order. In case such an application is made, the learned Single Judge is requested to deal with the same expeditiously.
4. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
