COMMON ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused aggrieved by the confirmation of conviction vide judgement dated 22.08.2019 in Criminal Appeal No.524 of 2016 by the III Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, passed by the I Special Magistrate, Hyderabad in C.C.No.349 of 2014.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

3. The complainant is before this Court having filed applications vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 seeking indulgence of this Court to compound the offence on the ground of compromise.

4. On behalf of complainant, M/s. Bhagyanagar Chollorides Private Limited, the authorized signatory Sri Bheema Raju is present in Court.

5. The parties herein have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 12.12.2023 stating that they have settled the disputes between them 2 amicably and 2nd respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A3 herein in the above Case. The said joint memo of compromise is placed on record.

6. Since issues have been settled and the complainant had been compensated to their satisfaction, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 and consequently, the Criminal Revision Case on the ground of compromise. Accordingly, the judgment dated 22.08.2019 in Criminal Appeal No.524 of 2016 passed by the III Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is hereby set aside. Petitioners have paid of an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad and filed proof of the same before the Court. Since the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are in jail, they shall be set at liberty forthwith, if they are not required in any other cases.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
