JUDGMENT:
(per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.SAM KOSHY) The dispute in this Appeal has been settled in the Lok Adalat on 13.08.2022 held by the High Court Legal Services Committee.
2. On due consideration of the same, we confirm the Award dated 13.08.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat.
3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the said Award rendered by the High Court Legal Services Committee.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
