ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
"....to pass appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in issuing Proceedings No.52/CC/82/2004- FF(HC) dated 30.11.2010 sanctioning personal pension under Swatantra Sainik Sanman Pension Scheme from 10.02.2010 is unreasonable, improper, contrary to the Judgment of the Hon'ble High Court and further direct the respondents to admit the provisional pension from 10.09.2003 and grant arrears to the petitioner upto 10.02.2010...".
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 23.01.2024. On 23.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the case is called and the matter was directed to be listed on 05.02.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal". Despite the same, even on 05.02.2024 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and again the matter was directed to be listed on 12.02.2024 under the same caption. Even today also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the case is called.

3. Under these circumstances, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition filed by the petitioner herein.
4. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
