ORDER:

The Criminal Revision Case is filed against the judgment dated 24.08.2011 in Criminal Appeal No.174 of 2010 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar District in confirming the judgment dated 22.12.2010 in S.C.No.223 of 2010 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge at Siricilla.
2. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.2 submitted that both the parties have entered into compromise and settled the matter before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and that I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2023 were filed seeking permission to compromise the matter and compound the alleged offences.
3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties no purpose would be served in keeping the proceedings pending. Having regard to the enabling provision of Section.320 2 of Criminal Procedure Code permission is accorded and the compromise is recorded.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the conviction and sentence recorded against the petitioner in judgment dated 24.08.2011 in Criminal Appeal No.174 of 2010 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar District is hereby set aside. Consequently, the petitioner/accused shall be set at liberty, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case or crime. The memo shall form part of this order.
5. Accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2023 are allowed and Criminal Revision Case No.1727 of 2011 is also allowed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
