JUDGMENT:
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the appellants reported that the matter has been referred to the Lok Adalat constituted by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, for settlement. After due deliberations, the Lok Adalat passed an award on 30.12.2023 as per the terms agreed upon by the parties. The original award dated 30.12.2023 is filed before this Court and the same is taken on record.
2. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the award dated 30.12.2023 by the Lok Adalat.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
