JUDGMENT:
(per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.SAM KOSHY) The dispute in this Appeal has been settled in the Lok Adalat on 30.12.2023 held by the High Court Legal Services Committee.
2. On due consideration of the same, we confirm the Award dated 30.12.2023 passed by the Lok Adalat.
3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the said Award rendered by the High Court Legal Services Committee.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
