(Per Hon'ble Sri Bilal Nazki, The Acting Chief Justice) In view of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A.No.294 of 2005 and batch, dated 07-10-2005, this writ petition shall stand dismissed. Implead Petition has been filed, in which dispute relating to title is raised. Said application is also dismissed, as the matter of title would have to be decided by the Authorities under the Land Acquisition Act. No costs.
