JUDGMENT:
1. On 19.09.2023 there was no representation from the appellant and the matter is posted to 27.09.2023 under the caption for dismissal. Inspite of the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal; today also there is no representation from the appellant.
2. The appeal pertains to the year 2002 and the appellant IS not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
3. Accordingly, Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
