AND HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.185 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K. Lakshman) Sri J. Venkateswar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a letter dated 23.09.2023 before the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Family Court Appeal with a liberty to file fresh F.C.O.P under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of marriage with mutual consent.
2. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
3. Granting liberty as sought, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Family Court Appeal shall stand closed.
