AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR W.A.No.866 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe) In this intra court appeal, validity of ad interim order dated 08.06.2009 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.9669 of 2008, has been questioned.
Admittedly, the writ petition itself has been dismissed as withdrawn on 19.09.2013. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
