AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT APPEAL No.696 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe) Mr. D.Ravishankar Rao, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. This intra court appeal has been filed against an order dated 10.03.2008 passed in W.P.No.19649 of 2005 by learned Single Judge, by which writ petition preferred by the appellant has been allowed and the order dated 09.07.2004 has been set aside.
3. However, from perusal of the impugned order dated 10.03.2008, it is evident that the learned Single Judge has not issued any consequential directions to make payment of retirement benefits along with interest as well as amount of compensation of Rs.1,00,000.00 sought for by the appellant.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal with the liberty to file review of the order dated 10.03.2008 passed in W.P.No.19649 of 2005 by the learned Single Judge.
5. Needless to state that in case a review petition is filed within a period of three (03) weeks from today, the appellant shall be entitled to benefit of the principles contained in Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. The certified copy of the impugned order dated 10.03.2008 shall be returned to learned counsel for the appellant on substitution thereof by a photo copy.
6. Accordingly, Writ Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
