2. This intra court appeal has been filed against an order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge by which Writ Petition No.24603 of 2021 preferred by respondent No.1 has been allowed and the Sub-Registrar of Stamps and Registration, Quthbullapur, Medchal Malkajgiri District, has been directed to register the sale deed dated 27.02.2021.
3. Admittedly, the appellants are not parties to the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge. The aforesaid order therefore does not bind the appellants. In view of law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Shivdeo Singh CJ & NVSK, J 2 W.A.No.932 of 2023 v. State of Punjab 1 as well as Division Bench of this Court in Palavalasa Padmanabham and others v. State of A.P. and others 2, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants after arguing the matter to some extent submits that the appellants be granted liberty to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum.
4. In view of aforesaid submission, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
