I.A. No.1 OF 2018 ALONG WITH CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.457 OF 2018 ORAL ORDER:
Mr. N. Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the accused in C.C. No.511 of 2009 was acquitted vide judgment dated 21.05.2018 passed by learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar. In the light of the same, nothing remains in I.A. No.1 of 2018 as well as revision to adjudicate further and it has become infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission, I.A. No.1 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous, and consequently the Criminal Revision Case is rejected.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
