JUDGMENT:
1. This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2001 in A.S.No.17 of 1998 on the file of the learned Principle District Judge, Nalgonda, wherein, judgment and decree dated 20.12.1997, in O.S.NO.10 of 1993 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, was confirmed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has filed a memo reporting the compliance of decree, which was passed for recovery of money. As per the memo, son of original defendant has paid entire due amount.
3. Recording the same, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memo. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
