APPEAL SUIT No.1575 of 2001
JUDGMENT:
1. This Appeal Suit is filed against the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2000 in O.S.No.176 of 1993 on the file of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, wherein the suit filed for recovery of money was decreed.
2. This case is listed in the year 2021. Thereafter, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant it has been adjourning from time to time. Subsequently, when the matter was called on 19.09.2023, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, learned counsel for the appellant seeks adjournment.
3. The suit is of the year 1993 and it is filed for recovery of money. The first appeal is of the year 2001. This Court does not find any reason to adjourn the matter.
4. Therefore, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. Interim orders granted, if any, shall stand vacated.
