JUDGMENT:
This Appeal Suit is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 04.11.2009 in O.S.No.136 of 2006 passed by the learned I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant as well the learned Counsel for the respondents are present and submitted that the subject matter of the present appeal is settled out of Court in between the parties and no cause survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the present appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
