None appeared for the appellants, though the matter was listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. On perusal of the proceeding sheet, it depicts that on 14.09.2023 learned counsel for the respondents has informed this Court that in pursuance of the Judgment and Decree of the Court below, the property was already delivered to them on 29.03.2022. Even on the previous dates of hearing, there was no representation for the appellant. Thus, it appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter vigilantly and diligently anymore. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
