JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed by the appellants-defendants against the judgment and decree dated 26.11.2009 passed in A.S.No.222 of 2006 by the XX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, confirming the judgment and decree dated 12.10.2006 passed in O.S.No.153 of 2000 by the XII Senior Civil Judge (FTC), City Civil Court at Secunderabad.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the matter would become infructuous. The Learned counsel for the appellants endorsed that he is not pressing the Appeal.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
