Petition under Article 226 praying that in the High Court may
be pleased to writ or order preferable in the nature of writ or order preferably
in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and declare the order and judgment
rendered by Honble APAT in OA.No.6394/06 dt. 3 Feb 11 rendered in
OA.No.5018/2006 and batch as illegal and contrary to law and set aside the
same as contrary to law and consequently quash G.O.Ms.no.262, PR and
RD (Ser III) dt. 17-6-2006, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law,
wholly without power or jurisdiction and violative of Articles 12,14,16 and 21
of constitution of India.
