WRIT APPEAL No.1351 of 2008
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)
Mr. J. Prabhakar, learned Senior Counsel appears on
behalf of Mr. D. Aniketh Reddy, learned counsel for the
appellants.
2. This intra court appeal under Clause 15 of the
Letters Patent has been filed against the order dated
27.06.2008 by which W.P.No.8250 of 2001 preferred by the
appellants has been dismissed and the order dated
25.01.2001 of respondent No.1 - Director of Town and
Country Planning, Hyderabad, in rejecting the representation submitted by the appellants has been upheld.
3. At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants have an adjacent plot of 500 square yards and the appellants be granted ::2::
liberty to submit a representation to respondent No.2 - Municipal Council with regard to their grievance.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellants to make a representation to respondent No.2 - Municipal Council with regard to their grievance. Needless to state that in case such a representation is made, the Municipal Council shall consider the same in accordance with law.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed. No order as to costs.
