JUDGMENT :
Learned counsel for the appellants called absent. No representation. As per proceedings dated 06.07.2022, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal' since several interlocutory applications are pending and there was no representation on behalf of appellants. Accordingly, presence of representation on behalf of appellants is felt essential to proceed further. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the appellants, I find no merit to adjourn this appeal. Accordingly, this City Civil Courts Appeal is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this CCCA shall stand closed.
