2. This intra court appeal has been filed against interim order dated 14.09.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.25159 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that in compliance with the impugned notice, the meeting, which was scheduled to be held on 15.09.2023, was not held. He, therefore, submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
4. The aforesaid submission is placed on record.
5. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of.
