ORDER:
This Second Appeal challenges the Judgment and Decree dated 12.07.2001 in A.S.No.173 of 1999 on the file of X Additional Chief Judge (FTC) City Civil Court, Hyderabad, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 31.03.1999 in O.S.No.3793 of 1997 on the file of VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants stated that relief prayed in the appeal has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
