JUDGMENT:
The present appeal has been directed against the judgment and decree dated 29.03.1996 in O.P.No.467 of 1990 on the file of the V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. There is no representation for the appellant.
3. This appeal is pertaining to the year 2010. On the last date of hearing, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. This shows that the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
