JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 01.05.2009 passed in A.S.No.125 of 2007 by the I Additional District Judge at Mahabubnagar, confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.07.2007 passed in O.S.No.417 of 2004 by the Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter was settled between the parties and it would become infructuous. The Learned counsel for the appellant endorsed that he is not pressing the Appeal.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
