ORDER:
In this writ petition, the petitioners were all working in the schools which are in submerged Villages of Sri Komaravalli Mallanna Sagar Project, and were sent on deputation to other schools and under G.O.Ms.317 they were allocated to different schools despite there being judgment in W.P.No.2503 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023, only on the ground that there is no mention about Komaravalli Mallanna Sagar Project in the judgment. Therefore, seeking consideration of their cases and award of weightage marks in ensuing the transfer counseling, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I has obtained written instructions according to which 10 additional points are being awarded to the teachers even if they have not completed 8 years of service in the concerned schools which are newly established in R&R Colony at Thunikibollaram of Mulugu Mandal and R&R Colony at Mutrajpally of Gajwel Mandals in Siddipet district.

3. Since the respondents have filed written instructions stating that they are awarding 10 additional points to the petitioner herein, there is no further grievance to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
