CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8359 OF 2017
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.5, 10 to 16 to quash the Order in Cr.MP.No.448 of 2015 (Cr.M.P.No.20 of 2014) in C.C.No.944 of 2014 against them on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Metpalli, dated 01.05.2017 and the same is numbered as C.C.No.274 of 2017.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since no interim orders were passed earlier, trial was completed in the Lower Court and it is posted for judgment. No further orders are required in the present case.
3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
