WRIT PETITION No.25702 of 2023
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not implementing the orders passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Maheswaram, Ranga Reddy District in E.A.No.9 of 2022 in E.P.No.7 of 2033 and not providing the police aid to the petitioners' agriculture land, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.117 of 2005 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Ibrahimpatnam and the said suit was decreed vide judgment and decree, dated 24.02.2010. It is the further case of the petitioners that they have also filed E.P.No.7 of 2022 seeking implementation of the injunction order granted in the said suit and in the said E.P. the petitioners also filed E.A.No.9 of 2022 seeking police protection for implementation of the injunction orders passed in O.S.No.117 of 2005. By an order, dated 30.12.2022, the said E.A. was allowed and granted police aid for implementation of the judgment and 2 CVBR, J Wp_25702_2023 decree in O.S.No.117 of 2005 and also directed respondent No.4 herein to give assistance to the petitioners for execution of the decree. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after granting police aid in E.A.No.9 of 2022, the respondents-police are not providing police protection.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents-police, on instructions, would submit that the respondents-police are ready to provide the police aid to the petitioners in compliance with the directions issued in E.A.No.9 of 2022, dated 30.12.2022.

In view of the said submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioners to submit a representation seeking police aid by giving particulars of the suit schedule property and also the specified date and time to enable the respondents-police to provide police protection and if such an application filed by the petitioners, the respondents-police are directed to provide police protection in terms of the orders passed in 3 CVBR, J Wp_25702_2023 E.A.No.9 of 2022 in E.P.No.7 of 2022 in O.S.No.117 of 2005, in accordance with law.
5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
