APPEAL SUIT No.47 of 2019
JUDGMENT:
This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant-plaintiff aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2018 passed in O.S.No.79 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Jangaon.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.08.2023, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. The matter was posted to 14.09.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest in proceeding with the matter.
3. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
