WRIT PETITION No.16388 of 2014
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners-employees aggrieved by the action of the respondent in not sanctioning the annual increments to them for the one year training period.
2) This Court on 17.06.2014 passed an interim order in WPMP No.20347 of 2014 directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 07.06.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioners, taking into account the judgment dated 19.10.2012 passed in W.P. No.7642 of 2000, and pass necessary orders thereon.
3) Today, Sri Md. F. Siddiqui, learned counsel, representing Sri V. Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the interim order passed by this Court on 07.06.2014 has been complied with by the respondent authorities and the annual increments were sanctioned to the petitioners.
4) In view of the above made submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
