JUDGMENT:
1. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the learned counsel for the appellants, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal".
2. This appeal is of the year 2000. However, learned counsel for the appellants is not ready to argue the case. This shows that the appellants are not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case.
3. In the said circumstances, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
