JUDGMENT:
When the matter came up for hearing on 23.08.2023, as there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, it was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. The case pertains to the year 2010. In spite of matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
