SECOND APPEAL No.1024 of 2010
JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 26.12.2009 passed in A.S. No.571 of 2007 by the learned II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, partly allowing the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2007 passed in O.S. No.3376 of 2003 by the learned IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.09.2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to 11.09.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant, though the matter is posted for dismissal.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents is present virtually.
4. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
