SECOND APPEAL No.788 of 2009
JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellants against the judgment dated 25.02.2009 passed in A.S. No.79 of 2006 by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, confirming the judgment and decree dated 7.8.2006 passed in O.S. No.294 of 2002 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.09.2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel for the respondents. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to 12.09.2023. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned counsel for the respondents, though the matter is posted for dismissal.
3. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
