WRIT PETITION No.6047 of 2017
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
"...to issue a Writ, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not allowing the petitioners to appear for Interview for selection and appointment to the post of Record Lifter / Office Boy as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme court of India reported in 1996 (6) Scale 676 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for selection and appointment to the said post without insisting that the name of the petitioners should be sponsored by the Employment Exchange and relaxing their maximum age in terms of G.O.Ms.No.329 dated 27.07.2015 r/w G.O.Ms.No.264 dated 26.07.2016 and law laid down by the Apex court..."
2. Heard Sri Ch.Jagannatha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1 Bank.
3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 23.02.2017, the respondents have considered the claim of the petitioners and the grievance of the petitioners was resolved.
4. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
