                       W.A.No.744 OF 2023
JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili)

This Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order passed by

the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.18730 of 2023 dt.28.07.2023.

2. Heard Sri S. Deekshith Kumar Teja, learned Counsel for the

appellant and Sri N. Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for the

respondents.

3. It has been contended by the learned Counsel for the appellant that she is fully eligible and qualified to be appointed to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher for Telugu subject and the respondents have issued a notification on 05.04.2023. The appellant has responded to the said notification. However, the appellant was not given any Hall-Ticket. In those set of circumstances, the appellant has approached this Court by way of filing W.P.No.18730 of 2023 and the learned Single Judge of this Court was pleased to dismiss the said Writ Petition on 28.07.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal is filed.

                                                     WA No.744 of 2023

4. Learned Counsel for the appellant had contended that at the time of admission of Writ Appeal, this Court permitted the appellant to participate in the examination for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher for Telugu subject. Accordingly, the appellant has appeared for the selection process. However, the respondents are not declaring the results. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that appropriate orders be passed in the Writ Appeal by directing the respondents to declare the result of the appellant, and if the appellant is coming within the zone of consideration for appointment for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher for Telugu subject, let the respondents consider the case of the appellant for appointment to the said post.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents had contended that since the appellant was permitted to participate in the selection process in compliance with the interim orders passed by this Court, let the Writ Appeal be disposed of directing the respondents to declare the result of the appellant, and if the appellant is coming within the zone of consideration, the case of the appellant would be considered for appointment for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher for Telugu subject.
